Seems the Judges are elective as to sentencing. Some of the rioters are given long sentences for just walking into the Capitol while major instigators are given a light sentence. As an example, Ray Epps who is on video on a bullhorn encouraging people to storm the Capitol and telling others with bullhorns what to do to get the crowd to storm the Capitol Bldg. and is given a light sentence. Epps testified under oath he never entered the Capitol but vids show him walking around nside the Bldg. Seems Epps was associated with Pelosi and/or the FBI.
