I think the “cruel and unusual” needs to be dropped in the case of child sexual abuse
If an offender thought some activity was appropriate to force on a stranger against their will, that criminal most certainly believes it isn’t either cruel or unusual as punishment in return.
In fact, he thinks it is as wholesome as a handshake or a simple “Have a good day!”
