Does the USA own its side of the border?
Do we have enforcement personnel on our side of the border?
Do we already have laws on the books regarding the border?
Why do we need a “border deal”, just close the damn thing.
No. We don't need to do anything.
We can tell Joe Biden that we won't send Ukraine anything until the border is closed. If the border is closed for 30 days, we'll send Ukraine one billion dollars. If it remains closed for another 30 days, we'll send Ukraine another billion.
That'll encourage Joe Biden to be on his best behavior and keep the border closed.
