No weight lifting, sports, TV, or individualism. Basic nutrition with enough calories to sustain them and very little time outside a cell. Everyone is shaved. Hand cuffs not needed because prisoners know the repercussions of acting out. None of these guys will leave prison looking like a bodybuilder, and none of them will ever want to go back.
Rehabilitation is a fantasy. Prison must first be punishment, with opportunities for redemption secondary. Carrot and stick.
