Makes sense. People who were never slaves were get money from people who never had slaves in a state that never had slavery.

My mom’s people had no slaves in what became WV. My dad’s came here in 1911. They were farmers in sicily where slavery was illegal. I won’t pay taxes for reparations I’m 77 and ill they let me die in prison.
