Lutheran Social Services are no better. Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society is the same.
I'm sure there are plenty of religious organizations that claim they are using the money for one thing, but don't actually use that money for what they claim. When has the U.S. government ever made anyone responsible for proving where the money they get, actually goes? Hardly ever. I remember back after 9/11, I think it was the United Way that Bill O'Reilly was hammering on his nightly show. He showed proof that the majority of the money that United Way was raising in the aftermath of 9/11, was really going to pay salaries, and for other non-9/11 things. And they got away with it. These groups are nothing more than money scammers. Not-for-profit, my a$$.
