The whole point of the
Long March Through the Institutions was that by infiltrating and the capturing the primary institutions of society, the Progressive Left would be able to force on society the changes necessary to create to collectivist utopia.
After 50+ years of effort, they've finally gained control of these institutions, and are trying to force society to change.
Society is saying no.

I don’t see anyone saying “no” to anything.
The Left is getting everything they want.
They may have low approval ratings, but they still control the insitutions.
