This is evil and every single one of those people will face God and see this same scene again.
If they are saved their works will burn up around them. If not, hellfire awaits them.
But they will all have an eternally horrible cringe moment at His judgement seat.
And those people know what they are doing is wrong, but skin color trumps everything.
