They're not going to respond:

a) the "Biden" regime is full of Iranian agents;

b) there's loads of payola going from Iran and the transfer of frozen Iranian assets to US officials;

c) the increase in gasoline prices or a cutoff after "Biden" drained the Strategic Petroleum Reserve would be a political disaster for the Dems akin to the gas shortages under Carter.

The irony is that the combination of appeasement and corruption makes a general war more likely. The Israelis are not going to stop with Hamas: Hezbollah is next, as Israeli troops are being moved to the Lebanese border already.

I think the Israeli movement of troops to battle Hezbollah is related to the attacks by Iranian proxies at places like Tower 22. Tower 22 and the nearby US bases are ideally located to interdict logistics moving from Iran to supply Hezbollah. Iran would obviously want to disrupt those efforts at interdiction, with Hezbollah ramping up to attack Israel. Israel would be well aware of all this and trying to get a leg up.

I think it was ABC this morning that reported some pretty explicit information on US plans to respond to the attack on Tower 22. We’ll hit the proxies again, harder than before, but not hit Iranian assets. The ABC analyst (and former State Dept. guy) didn’t seem too enthused this would deter Iran. I agree.

Even so, unless the leak is disinformation and we plan something else, I recommend finding the leaker, and a firing squad.
