Let the investment banks gentrify the place and make it unaffordable for them to live there without gainful employment. That’s some sweet real estate there ripe for development and probably pretty cheap to snap up right now.

An official told the Times that IDF troops were more likely to find tunnels running below areas with schools, hospitals or mosques, and that it could potentially take years to dismantle the network.

Those European countries, the EU itself, UN and other donors that gave the hundreds of millions in "humanitarian aid" that was used to build the tunnels, should reimburse Israel for the expense of neutralizing them. The same goes for redirecting all "humanitarian" funding from the Palestinians who have used it for bloody purposes, to Israel which has serious humanitarian needs due to the October 7 massacre and continual violence from Palestinians.
