Let’s keep in mind that Iran is Russia’s number one ally.
So if we attack Iran... what will be Russia’s reaction?
Evidently we shouldn’t care about that fact, because they targeted our soldiers FIRST, which gives us the right to hit Iran HARD, no matter what.
Russia and Iran always hit others first. They are always the ones fomenting wars first.
If we don’t respond forcefully to this right now, we’ll be in a bigger mess very soon, and in a true war.
And Russia is allied with Iran, so now what ?

The problem with the war with Iran is that China depends on their oil. We could cut off 95% of Iranian petroleum shipments with one or two hours of tactical strikes against one island on the gulf. That would almost completely halt Iran’s income of currency. Their biggest customer is China. This is NOT something Xi wants. So, Joe will not do it.
