I’m sure all those nuns that were raped on the way to the gulag are relieved to hear this.

I’ve been saying for years that socialism is the end power that everybody, but the elect, follows because they can’t tell the difference between Christianity and that end-time power

Socialism is a common thread in Christian divinity schools. They don't understand the difference between coercive "care for the poor" and how the Torah system was supposed to work.

The latter originates in a misunderstanding of the Sabbath for the Land of Exodus 23:10-11, due to the historic loss of liberty predicted in Leviticus 26 (a unified whole of Behar Sinai and B'chukotai for those who know). You can read how that system was supposed to work as articulated by Yeshua.

It is well worth FReepers' time to read, as it teaches the prerequisites for liberty but also makes clear the evil of socializing the poor, which was proffered by socialists as "the solution" to the outcome of freeing slaves. Socialism makes slaves of everybody.

The only common mission they should have is the annihilation of the other one.

Didn’t Marx say that “religion is the opiate of the masses?”

Our church hallway is lined with photos of priests martyred by committed nazis and communists. Butchered in terrible ways. One was nailed to the door of his church.

The Vatican needs the same gallery.

I always knew the extreme far-left’s “pope” was a commie pig. Getting Benedict removed and their boy Frankie Bag ‘o Donuts set up in the Vatican was global communism’s first step to taking over the world.

Christian economics and capitalism share several key principles, as outlined in the retrieved documents. Here are the bullet points:

Capitalism is the economic system that aligns with the teachings of Jesus. It is supported and sanctioned by Him, while ideologies like socialism, Marxism, communism, and fascism are opposed and rejected.

Capitalism promotes the preservation and protection of God-given natural rights, prohibiting the initiation of force to violate these rights. It emphasizes safety and security, allowing individuals to devote more time to God rather than worrying about their well-being.

Jesus spoke about economics and expressed support for a pro-capitalist system in His teachings and parables. His omniscience and knowledge of what is best for mankind make His endorsement significant.

Capitalism recognizes the importance of private property and private property rights as God-given and beneficial. Owners have the authority to use and dispose of their property as they choose.

The total demand for labor offered by property or business owners is at their discretion. Wage rates are unrelated to Marxist exploitation theory.

Productivity and productiveness are seen as virtues in capitalism. Hoarding is considered a wicked and lazy vice, as it hinders productivity and goes against capitalist principles.

Capitalism encourages individuals to earn interest by lending their savings and capital, promoting investment and economic growth.

Business owners are encouraged to reward good employees and hold accountable those who perform poorly. Egalitarianism is not considered a virtue in this context.

Jesus taught His listeners not to worry excessively about subsistence goods or security, as God will provide for them. Capitalism allows for more leisure time to focus on spiritual pursuits rather than being consumed by work.

Capitalism, as a productionist doctrine, emphasizes the goal of increasing production rather than consumption. This leads to an abundance of high-quality goods at affordable prices, reducing worries about affording basic needs and allowing for a proper hierarchy of values.
