By pissing them off, Trump has forced them to create what would be massive legal mistakes in any other case.

The mistakes were already there. It was a pitifully weak case. It didn't matter.

I think the Supreme court will overturn, even if all the other courts don't, but who knows?

They won't touch it. Too political. Too much blowback from the Democrats.
