This is the Biden Administration Vs Texas. The Border Patrol has no say on policy. The Border Patrol is under Customs and Border Protection which is under DHS.

The only administration that ever ask the Border Patrol their opinion on securing the border was Trump's.

He took their advice and delivered what they asked for and it wasn't removing border barriers.
