DEI hires pushed onto the FBI are putting the country’s safety at risk for the sake of being ‘woke’
An alarming deterioration in recruitment standards for the FBI has been exposed in a report delivered to the House Judiciary Committee by an alliance of retired and active-duty agents and analysts.
Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) requirements pushed by FBI Director Chris Wray have degraded recruitment standards in all areas including “physical fitness, illicit drug use, financial irregularities, mental health, full-time work experience and integrity,” and pose a threat to the FBI’s ability to protect America from harm, say the authors.
The report cites cases of new agents who are so fat and unfit, they can’t even pass the new relaxed standards for fitness; who are illiterate and need remedial English lessons; who don’t want to work weekends or after hours; have serious disabilities or mental-health issues, and “create drama.”

If it ceases to exist which in its current form, it should. The law enforcement problems that caused it to be formed would reemerge in a more virulent form. Actually, they never really went away. The current child trafficking is just another form of “white slave trade” which brought the Mann Act and Osage murders all aided and abetted by known state LEO corruption - both infamously caused the first iteration of the FBI to be formed.
Whatever replaces the FBI, the following needs to be hammered into place.
1. No CI responsibility! A separate agency for that structure along the lines of UK’s MI-5 (No direct arrest capability, investigation only!) The current FBI’s CI division has been the main source of anti-Trump activity. If an arrest is needed go to the local Federal DAs and do the actual arrest with US Marshals and any if needed local LEO assistant.
2. No more process crimes! (Like what happened to Flynn and Martha Stewert!) Any FBI interview is “discoverable” by interviewee lawyers. It must be recorded any notes taken during the interview or during ‘technical analysis’ of the recording must be not only “discoverable” but turned immediately turned over to the interviewee. Failure to do so means the interview never took place! It’s amazing to me this has been allowed to go on for as long as it has. If they complain now their job is harder. My reply is “A policeman’s job should never be easy in a free state!”. It’s been abused far far too long!
3. Decentralize! Since the Clinton administration and accelerated under Zero centralization of administrative control by FBI HQ has been going on. The end result a near Stasi for Rat administrations. Investigation must be tied more closely to the federal district attorney’s offices and meet investigative standards. Republican administrations fail here because they don’t do what Rat’s do when they take power, they don’t immediately fire every federal DA. If you remember Trump “danced awhile” with the New York DA - had meetings and dinner with him. I guess Trump thought his “charm” would win him over.
Of the above 3 reforms number 2 is the most important! It’s been the lever which has allowed the FBI politically bully people.
I’m sure there are those who see no need for federal LE. It all can be handled by state and local LEOs. State & local LEOs are every bit as corrupt as federal and have been for a long time. You’ve forgotten that the Arkansas State Police acted as pimps for Slick William and maybe did worse for Hellary. There are many many other examples.

They don’t care. The only measure of “fitness” they care about is “Will the employee fire upon Trump supporters?”
That’s how the commies are infiltrating our institutions and it’s the reason people don’t trust the FBI.
