That and also they accelerate very quickly. The combined effect of weight and quick acceleration.

EVs also accelerate rapidly. Drivers want to be a 65mph in 3 seconds. Tire slippage causes excessive wear.

Can’t be weight and torque only. I have 2 diesel trucks weighing almost 8,000 pounds and over 500 ft. Pounds of torque.
Would LT or E weight rated tires help
