The Plan

In the beginning, there was a plan,
And then came the assumptions,
And the assumptions were without form,
And the plan without substance,

And the darkness was upon the face of the workers,
And they spoke among themselves saying,
"It is a crock of shit and it stinks."

And the workers went unto their Supervisors and said,
"It is a pile of dung, and we cannot live with the smell."

And the Supervisors went unto their Managers saying,
"It is a container of excrement, and it is very strong,
Such that none may abide by it."

And the Managers went unto their Directors saying,
"It is a vessel of fertilizer, and none may abide by its strength."

And the Directors spoke among themselves saying to one another,
"It contains that which aids plants growth, and it is very strong."

And the Directors went to the Vice Presidents saying unto them,
"It promotes growth, and it is very powerful."

And the Vice Presidents went to the President, saying unto him,
"This new plan will actively promote the growth and vigor
Of the company With very powerful effects."

And the President looked upon the Plan
And saw that it was good,
And the Plan became Policy.

And this, my friend, is how shit happens.

Stinking pile of crap? 💩 I could think of a few choice words, that would be a little stronger, but I realize this is a family forum.

Sounds like Bush/McCain type comprehensive immigration reform. I wonder if a path to citizenship is included.

Good way to put that.

From history ....

The Confederate government avoided the term “civil war”, which assumes both combatants to be part of a single country, and so referred to it in official documents as the “War between the Confederate States of America and the United States of America”.

Gradually, southerners settled on the “War between the States.” Former Confederate Vice President Alexander H. Stephens argued that this reflected the fact that the United States had never been “one Political Society” and that the war had been between states “regularly organized into two separate Federal Republics.”

“Civil War” and/or “War between the States”
Robert M. Hughes
(He contends both terms are accurate.)

> Texas. Oklahoma. South Dakota. Florida<

I read a novel, about 12 years ago, about a war between Texas and the US. It was provoked by a president named Barry. Eventually Oklahoma and Louisiana joined Texas then other states followed.

I do not remember the name but the gist of the story has stayed with me.

After a few more years of this will there be any Mexicos left still living in Mexico?

According to a Epoch Time's article, many are from China, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Mauritania, Columbia, and Brazil.

Yes if you think of Mexico as stretching from South America to Africa to Asia to India. Should only be 6-7 billion left after Biden’s first term.

It’s that they want this outcome and this outcome is terrible for the American people,” Cruz fumed.

I think I’m correct in saying that the vast majority of invaders across the southern border are NOT Mexicans! If that’s incorrect I would welcome being corrected.

Why is a secure border negotiable, at all. Glad Cruz called it out. Stinking pile of crap is just about right.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
It’s only negotiable because our country is under the control of an anti-Constitutional, and therefore anti-American cabal of Democrats and RINOs collectively referred to as The Deep State. If the winner of the 2020 presidential race is elected for the third consecutive time, hopefully that anti-American cabal will be eliminated.

““It’s not that they’re bad at negotiating. It’s that they want this outcome and this outcome is terrible for the American people,” Cruz fumed.”

Well, Ted... it has become glaringly obvious that this illegitimate regime couldn’t care less about the American people. They’re on the other side. Every... other... side.
