What a Spoilsport. Scott Wiener has gotten some odd and intrusive bills passed in California, usually having to do with LBGT rights. One was for the right to walk through the streets unclothed, anywhere and anytime.
The pictures of him at the Folsom Street Fair will make clear what we are dealing with (not recommending it).
