My guess is he will disappear after a meeting with Tuco Salamanca in the Sonora Desert.
As I recall, Gus Fring and Mike Ehrmantraut are the make him disappear in the desert type. Tuco Salamanca is more likely to beat him to death in a junkyard — a more fitting end in this case perhaps.
