As a general rule and standard practice, the Judge should have Drug Tested him right then on the spot when he appeared in court recently. It happens routinely,especially in case involving known drug addicts. Next time Judge Scarsi calls me I will ask him why he didn’t.
Yep, I'll bet he gets a few weeks warning for each test so he can clean up.
