SCOTUS has already ruled this is not a federal issue. So whether it’s any conservative president saying they’ll sign for a complete ban, or what diapers is saying now, they’d both be unconstitutional.

Unfortunately, this point is lost on stupid voters; that is, most voters.

No, the SCOTUS only said it was a matter for legislatures, including Congress, not Federal Courts. This means Congress can pass laws allowing full term abortions, and those laws will override state laws.
