A ridiculous ruling like this has me wondering if the the cartels have threatened some of the justices. Really.
The threats wouldn’t surprise me. Them being taken as credible wouldn’t surprise me. Nor would the justices feeling that the government couldn’t protect them surprise me.
The Democrats would like nothing more than the right leaning justices on the court to be taken out by a cartel.
