The constitution does not grant rights or expand natural rights. It doesn’t guarantee to protect all my rights. It does have explicit guarantees that prevent government from taking several listed ones away. Non citizens are not protected by the US constitution. ANd since judges go to law school the don’t understand the law.
Barry would have burned the Constitution if he could have got away with it. Moo hates “the d@mned flag” and some want her as POTUS to finish the country.
