This is so sad. I love what DeSantis has done in Florida, but his presidential campaign was ridiculous from the very beginning. I’m not surprised that the head of his campaign wasted hours on a puzzle instead of working.

If he’d gotten on the Trump train instead of blowing 130 million on his vanity campaign, he’d be riding high. He might have even gotten the VP spot, or been in a great position for 2028. It’s all gone now.

How so?

2024 is Trump's revenge tour. I get it. This is want the base wants.

But it's good that people are challenging Trump. This is not a coronation.

I thought Ted Cruz was good at political suicide until Ron DeDumazz came along. 😏

I agree 100% that DeSantis staying in Florida (where he has a job) and supporting Trump in 2024 from the beginning would have set DeSantis up nicely for 2028 at a minimum - if not a shot at the VP slot this year.

However, he was apparently convinced by the RINO Bush wing of the party that Trump was going to end up in jail or otherwise disqualified so he should run now so he would be in position for the nomination.

Ironically, should the above happen (much less likely now) and Trump was removed from the ticket by hook or crook, the Trump supporters DeSantis alienated will never come around to him due to the horrible manner he ran his campaign.

Ron needs to get back to FL and do his job.
I also like what he has done for FL.
My feeling is the Uniparty convinced him to run so they had a better chance of flipping FL.
