Sadly, even at THE best elite private schools, today don't do a good job an more or less IGNORE teaching vocabulary.And you KNOW what I think of wordsmithery! :-)
Schools teach to the lowest level, where they can pass students, even if it isn’t appropriate for the grade level, due to ‘equity’....
And they never want to talk about the ethnicity of those that usually make up that group...
