“Her remote job, which she started at the end of August, was to sell ...” New hires are usually the first ones let go when it's necessary. She's not being persecuted and she's not a victim here.
She's a whiny cry baby that I would not ever think of hiring after a stunt like that.
And I don't mean recording the firing. I mean posting it.
The term *attention whore* comes to mind. Along with *immature*.
