The voting took place ‘in person’ and on one day.
“Voters” were vetted for their ID, their current address, and in this case, if they were registered Republican Voters.
Upon verification, all voters had their hand marked with a black marker to ‘show’ their verification.
After speeches, voting began.
“Paper ballots” were given to voters who showed their special ID mark.
The Paper Ballots were tallied by human counters before submission to the Iowa GOP website via secure computer link.
So, same day balloting with paper ballots to live, verified voters works.
The AMERICAN way.
Doesn’t France run their elections this way.
Read an article that discussed Colorado was very red until mail in voting was passed.
Elections are being stolen on steroids and that’s where all our efforts should go.
Heck! Grew up in the Chicago suburbs and by the time I was in the 4th grade I knew dead people voted!
The last Republican Chicago mayor was in 1931!
