I disagree. As an employer myself, there is zero doubt in my mind that this is, as you say, a criminal act (i.e. deliberate and premeditated). But, it is a criminal act only in part.
The other part is the end result of 50-60 years of affirmative action and DEI hiring plus zero accountability regarding these destructive to society policies. I’ve had people that though adequately educated (i.e. they had a diploma) they could not write two grammatically correct sentences in a row. Meanwhile doors fall off Boeing’s new jets, aircraft carriers burn at the dock, our navy runs warships into merchant ships, planes run into each other on the runway..........and so on and so on.....endlessly!
