The House Education and Workforce Committee contacted the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), WRT that agency’s “mismanagement” and “overpayment” to the Teamsters’ union pension plan.
The “tolerant and compassionate” Biden administration distributed tens of billions of tax dollars from Biden’s reckless trillion dollar “American Rescue Plan,” which was so rife w/ Biden’s incompetence, that $127 million tax dollars paid deceased participants in the Teamsters’ pension fund.
