The modems/wifi enabled are necessary because that is how the software is downloaded and administered to the machines. Machines don’t commit fraud people do. If the election process is not auditable it is on it’s face fraudulent. No election process is auditable. Therefore all are fraudulent. It’s not the machines. For a picture of the maintenance of the machines by the manufacturers read the audit here.
