At most Pence could have informed the Democratic Congress of known election irregularities on the official record.
If that were true, why was the law changed to limit VPOTUS to be just a master of ceremonies for the vote reporting?

EXACTLY! And- Pence could have resigned prior to Jan 6th.
Imagine how that would have impacted the outcome of the counting of the electors?
It’s never happened in the history of our country, but then- never has there either been a STOLEN ELECTION!
