Hollywood filmmaker-actor Rob Reiner is taking aim at Christians who support former President Donald Trump, saying he doesn’t understand how anyone who believes in the teachings of Jesus Christ could vote for Trump.
Rob Reiner fired off his salvo in an X post on Tuesday.
“Jesus told us to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. How in God’s name can anyone who believes in the teachings of Jesus support Donald Trump?” he wrote.

HOW does ANYONE who is a Christian even begin to “LISTEN” to MEATHEAD???
“Rob Reiner is not an atheist (one who doesn’t believe in God); Rob Reiner believes himself to be a god.”
That might get Meathead to the 7th ring of Dante’s “ Inferno. “

I love it when someone who publicly expresses hatred for Christians tells Christians how to be true to their beliefs. Go jump in the lake, Meathead.
I would vote for Trump for Pope, he’s more Christian than the communist, Jesuit pedophile meathead we have now.
He’s actually more of a Pharisee, pr as Jesus liked to call them, hypocrites.
“I didn’t know Reiner was a Christian...”
He isn’t. But that never stops atheist douchebags from pronouncing on a topic they know nothing about.
The Democratic Party line gains no additional traction just because Rob Reiner repeats it. OK so he's a Democrat.
His only significant claim to fame is a comedy role he played fifty years ago.
I perceive that a lot of people outside the faith hear about “turn the other cheek” and figure, hey, Christians will put up with anything, even the rainbow agenda, an obviously stolen election, or an unguarded border.
They missed the parts about Jesus visiting the temple and overturning the tables, or saying, go and sin no more.
I believe that “turn the other cheek” is good advice on the social level, for example, your in-laws or work colleagues are arseholes and needle you knowing you’re a conservative, rather than rising to the bait, just “whatever” their barbs and ignore it. But on a larger scale, I don’t believe in “turn the other cheek” and I think this has even deceived some of the faithful who think it suggests pacifism on a grand scale.
Were we told to turn the other cheek to the likes of Nazis or communists, or for that atter, globalists? I doubt it. It’s too bad there isn’t more clarity, but I sincerely believe that some sayings of Jesus have come down to us with out enough context, and are now being misinterpreted in ways that Jesus would not endorse, but it would help if we got that from source instead of through contemplation.
Reiner probably imagines that Trump is a nasty person who wants to take things away from people, but in fact, the whole premise of an open border (or a carbon tax) is to enable nasty people to come into our homes or workplaces and take things from us, for no good reason. Are there not wealthy people in their own countries who they could rob? Perhaps they know those people are armed and imagine we are not armed. A nasty surprise awaits some of them.
And a nasty surprise awaits Rob Reiner when he encounters the real Jesus and not the one he invented.
Because meathead knows everything about everyone.
“How in God’s name can anyone who believes in the teachings of Jesus support Donald Trump?”
How in God’s name can anyone who believes in on call abortion for any reason or uses God/Jesus for a political statement believe in God?

Is he asking as a Christian or as a SOS (Son Of Satan)?
Rob’s got a point. President Trump’s sins are there to see.
This is not a contest between two blameless men. This is a contest between two plans for a country.
Liberals who have never opened a Bible love to tell Christians what it says.
I don’t advice from the synagouge of satan.
I don’t understand how anyone who believes in the teachings of Jesus Christ could vote for a democrat. ANY democrat.
I see. He's historically ignorant, as well as evil.
We "effin' Christians" BUILT this country.
How does anyone whi believes in Jesus support abortion?
Who not whi
