BREAKING: Tara Reade, the woman who was sexually assaulted by @JoeBiden in 1993 just filed a tort complaints with the US Department of Justice seeking $10 MILLION in damages for invasion of privacy, emotional distress, and a violation of her rights.
She is accusing the FBI of launching a secret operation called “Operation Casandra” to stalk her, discredit her, intimated her and possibly even “eliminate her” if need be so that she wouldn’t be a threat to @JoeBiden.
