The AZGOP has changed the ticket buying process from something different they offered two days ago.
On Tuesday, when I last checked- to get a ticket, one had to join the AZ GOP Elephant Club, which required a recurring donation of either $10, $20, or $100 a month, if my memory serves me correctly.
Saturday, is the annual AZ GOP Business Meeting (my term) where all of the governing positions will be filled from the State Chairman down to the local Precinct Captains.
I think that I now see the strategy in the timing of the leaked interview between Kari Lake and Jeff DeWit.

I heard that the person running for the #2 spot is his friend and as corrupt as he is.

This is Gina Maloney, the Jeff Dewit lackey running for AZGOP 1st Vice Chair. She helped Jeff deliver the TYRANNICAL bylaw proposals that Jeff Dewit greased past committee including one written by Dewit and designed to make it impossible to remove him. Did he bribe any of the committee members too? We may never know. Maloney is spending record $$$ on her campaign and reportedly already has occupied an office in the AZGOP headquarters that she has redecorated in anticipation of winning. Is all the money for her campaign coming from Dewit or somewhere back east? Maloney is the female swamp creature version of Dewit.
