New Trouble for Fani Willis: Fulton County Commissioner Looking Into Alleged ‘Misused County Funds’

Looks like there’s more trouble for Fulton County DA Fani Willis.
We reported earlier about the response from Jocelyn Wade to Willis’ attempt to get out of a deposition in Wade’s divorce case. Wade wants her to talk about the money that she paid Nathan Wade, Jocelyn’s husband and Willis’ alleged “paramour’ (the term used in Jocelyn Wade’s filing), so that could help her figure out the marital estate for purposes of the divorce and the spousal support.
Willis ridiculously accused Jocelyn Wade of colluding with the parties in the election interference case and trying to harass her. Then Wade dropped all the records she had about her husband’s trips—including some that were reportedly with Willis, according to the records.
Now, the Fulton County Commissioner, Bob Ellis, has sent Willis a letter demanding answers about the allegations. You can read the letter here.
The letter says he was asking about the allegations in a recent court filling asserting that Willis “misused County funds and accepted valuable gifts and personal benefits from a contractor recipient of County funds.” The letter said this related to the appointment of Nathan Wade in the matter where former President Donald Trump was a co-defendant.
Ellis told the Daily Caller News Foundation that “all Fulton county citizens and taxpayers deserve clear and truthful answers” from Willis, who he earlier noted has been “relatively obstinate” in answering questions from commissioners.
He added that it will “ultimately be decided in a court proceeding” whether the information known to date will disqualify Willis from leading Trump’s prosecution, noting that “the average person likely concludes that something isn’t right with all of this.”
In the letter, Ellis asks Willis to provide the following information by Feb. 2.
invoices for special prosecutors’ expenses and fees, their contracts with the office, payments from the office, the “professional experience” of each special prosecutor utilized by the office, as well as the “source of funding for any payments to special prosecutors” from Jan. 1, 2021 until now.
Ellis also asks for the basis for any differential in payment to the various special prosecutors. Fani Willis had claimed that they were all paid at the same rate, and questions were raised about that statement as well.

Bankruptcy Judge Allows Rudy Giuliani to Seek New Trial to Challenge $148 Million Defamation Verdict Awarded to Georgia Election Workers

A bankruptcy judge gave Rudy Giuliani the green light to seek a new trial to challenge the $148 million defamation verdict won by two Georgia election workers after Rudy got railroaded by an Obama judge and was unable to present any evidence at trial.
Last month Rudy Giuliani filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection one day after Obama-appointed Judge Beryl Howell ordered immediate enforcement of Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss’s $148 million judgment against him.
According to Bloomberg, Giuliani listed $500 million in debts and between $1 million and $10 million in assets.
The bankruptcy filing put the litigation on hold and now the judge is allowing Giuliani to seek a new trial to challenge the outrageous $148 million judgment.
“He’s currently suspended from the practice of law, so he can’t earn income right now as a lawyer,” Giuliani’s lawyer Gary Fischoff said, according to Reuters. “There’s no pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, and the debtor is going to give full disclosure.”

Any Republican that wins, or is close to winning, will be attacked by the Radical Left Democrats, Lunatics all. The difference is that I WON in 2016, and did millions of votes better in 2020, more votes than any sitting President in history (Gee, I wonder what happened?). There is more energy and spirit now, after watching how bad Crooked Joe Biden is, than either of those two races! MAGA2024

A great honor to receive the powerful Endorsement of Governor Joe Lombardo of Nevada. As most Patriots know, after New Hampshire (on Tuesday!), where I am now, Nevada is the next stop in the process - I should get 100% of the vote because it is a CAUCUS, and after looking at the Polls, Ron and Nikki both dropped out. Then, off to South Carolina, where we will WIN BIG! Joe Lombardo has done a fantastic job as Governor, and I look forward to seeing him, and the great people of Nevada, very soon!
