Georgia Senate Ethics Committee Passes Bill to Remove Raffensperger from Board of Elections – And Grant the Board Authority to Investigate Him

Via Behizy: The Georgia Senate Ethics Committee has passed a bill that would remove Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger from the Board of Elections and grant the board authority to investigate him for election law violations
The bill will be voted on by the full senate in the coming weeks and should pass both houses easily.
The bill would also allow the BOE to investigate local election officials as well. More importantly, the Board would have the power to hire their own investigators as opposed to relying on the Secretary of State’s office to do so.

JUST IN: Donald Trump just got up and walked out of the courtroom as E. Jean Carroll’s attorney started making her closing argument.
The rogue judge also threatened to throw Trump lawyer Alina Habba in jail.
The walkout happened as Carroll’s lawyer Roberta Kaplan was trying to convince jurors that Trump needed to pay millions of dollars for ‘defaming’ Carroll.
“We all have to follow the law. Donald Trump, however, acts as if these rules and laws just don’t apply to him,” Kaplan said.
Carroll is trying to gouge Trump of at least $10M.
The judge also threatened to throw Habba in jail.
“You are on the verge of spending some time in the lockup.”

he debate on whether President Joe Biden should seize control of the Texas National Guard in order to force it to comply with a recent Supreme Court ruling is continuing to rage between Democrats and Republicans.
Texas Representative Joaquin Castro and former congressman and 2020 presidential hopeful Beto O’Rourke, both Democrats, are among those who are urging Biden to federalize the state’s National Guard to allow Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire put up along the U.S.-Mexico border by Texas law enforcement in order to prevent illegal immigration.
In a 5-4 ruling on January 22, the Supreme Court sided with the Biden administration, which said that the wire erected in Eagle Pass was put up illegally and prevented Border Patrol from trying to detain people who were attempting to cross the border via the Rio Grande.
Despite the ruling, Texas Governor Greg Abbott argued that Biden is failing his duties as president by not controlling the record levels of illegal crossings at the southern border during his time in office. Abbott has also declared that Texas is currently under an “invasion” and invoked the state’s constitutional right to defend and protect itself.
The Biden Regime is desperately looking for another January 6th event.
