Texas river border buoys to stay in place while 5th Circuit rehears
Afloating barrier in the Rio Grande erected by Texas to deter migrants will remain in place for now as an appeals court reconsiders earlier court rulings declaring the barrier illegal.
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals said Wednesday that it will rehear the case over Texas’s decision to implement a series of buoys on its river border with Mexico.
Days after the court ruled against Texas, the state asked for an en banc hearing, in which all the appellate court’s judges, not just the three-judge panel, reconsiders the case. En banc consideration is rare and less than 1 percent of the cases decided by the court are reheard.
The 5th Circuit on Wednesday granted Texas’ request, and the case will be reheard by the entire court in May. The decision by the 5th Circuit, considered the most conservative appeals court in the country, also vacates the previous opinion, meaning the river border buoys will stay in place while the litigation continues.

The Federal Government is not protecting Texas from invasion, so Texas has a right to protect itself.
Gov. Abbott should say “Come and Take It!”, and when the feds come, arrest them, en masse if necessary.
Biden will then nationalize the TX National Guard.
Then call out the Rangers and the Militia. The TX National Guard may see the order as unlawful, and stand down.
The Feds will be outnumbered.
It is time to take a stand.

Over-the-hill GOP influencers keep telling you the Supreme Court is “conservative” but those frauds just sided with the Biden regime against Texas in the border “razor wire” case.
Apparently, our states don’t have any rights.
We will soon see what Gov. Abbott is really made of.

Amy Coney Barrett just voted in favor of allowing Biden’s federal border agents to dismantle razor fencing set up by Texas agents to stop illegals immigrants entering America.
The vote was 5-4. She was the deciding vote. What a nightmare.
