Well bad weather will only help Trump. No one is crawling over broken glass to vote for the other candidates.
While there are plenty of recent “conspiracy theories” (as described by leftists) that have been proven to have been true or have happened, the older actual nutty conspiracy theories still hold zero water. HAARP controlling the weather with pinpoint precision would be one of those idiotic theories.

No, unfortunately they are out there. I had occasion to talk with one. It wasn't a rational discussion. There wasn't a conspiracy theory this guy didn't like.
