An arctic blast will plunge most of the United States into "dangerously cold" territory this weekend, and maps shared by AccuWeather and the National Weather Service (NWS) reveal which states can expect to get hit the hardest by the arctic weather—one of which will face temperatures up to 60 degrees below zero.
The frigid air will spread southward across the U.S. this weekend following a series of winter storms that brought gusty winds, cold temperatures and heavy precipitation to most of the nation this week, including snow in Hawaii.
"Frigid Arctic air will begin to spread southward across the heart of the country this weekend and is expected to continue into next week. Much below normal temperatures along with gusty winds will lead to wind chills well below zero for many locations." - NWS Weather Prediction Center

I was a teen, didn’t have a garage space. I remember putting an old school wool Army blanket over my engine compartment, with a drop light with a 100W bulb strategically placed between the engine and radiator, in order to be able to start my car to get to school.
We called this time “Winter”.
That said, I do think that was the year they had a big blizzard in Ohio, and had to call out the National Guard to rescue people trapped in their cars on I-75 and such. Using M-113 armored personnel carriers.
Or Hillary’s broomstick.
Sounds like it’s going to be my defrost the freezer week.
Climate Change,
Climate Change
BTTT
A good week to further demonstrate the fallacy of EV. For this very reason, I hope this storm is only the beginning of a long winter.
High of -12F here this Saturday. Happens every year. Fear and trembling, I tell you.
More frozen wind turbines?
Probably!!
Yay!!
We LOVE our generator :)
Wonder how the Texas power grid will hold up this time.
“I wonder how this will be used as proof of Glo-Bull warming.”
They just say “it’s climate change” as though they are making sense.
People pass on these words as though it’s their opinion. It isn’t. It’s a line that they are repeating. They remind me of the parrot that has been fed and is satiated then says, “Poly wants a cracker,” only to turn down a cracker when it is offered.
They seem to think that they can delegate thinking. One can no more delegate thinking that one can delegate urination. These are personal events. Either you think, or you don’t. If you delegate “thinking” to others, you are not thinking. You don’t have an opinion that you can truthfully call your own.
Saying that very cold winter weather is “climate change” begs a question that few people ask. Is climate change the same thing as global warming? If they are just one theory, as most people implicitly assume, then we have cold weather as evidence of warming. It does not make sense.
If climate change theory replaces global warming theory, that means that global warming theory was wrong. It did not have a very long shelf life as a theory. Why think that climate change theory will last any longer?
A young lady is weeping in Sweden.
Yeah, after the global warming hoax didn’t get any honest data to back it up. Same trends happened far earlier than man’s affect on anything, ups and downs. Thus “change.”
Al Gore did write once “we will soon experience the first of the years without a winter. It will say winter on the calendar but with only a little sign of it as the planet heats up.”
Or Hillary’s broomstick.

This reminds me of an old joke: Bill Clinton’s dog Buddy died. How you ask? He jumped into Hitlary’s lap and froze to death.
I think this extremely cold weather is because of our Global Warming Period. All the heat has gone to that, and none is left over to handle the Polar Kotex, or whatever.
LOL
Thanks, for Gorebull warming to keep us alive.

I keep wondering where did all that smoke from the Canadian fires go? And where does all the pollution from the volcanos go? Could the earth be big enough to absorb and process them? How many cow farts or how much pig manure smells would equal 10 minutes of a volcano erruption?
Yeah, I saw what you did there...
.
Heath! Jarrod! Hurry, cold weather is coming, get the horses in the barn! Has anyone seen Nick?
We used to call this kind of cold front the “Siberian Express.” Maybe they still do. Not rare and doesn’t mean anything climate wise. Just warm air from the el Niño Pacific pushing northward to the arctic and forcing arctic air southward.
