Looks like it. Who else had the energy and such to do that, day after day? Where is the extracted material? Odd, that a cement truck would roll up and think that pouring cement in it would solve the problem. Most fixes, or additions would require a permit. No engineers or contractors present to supervise the fill in? Odd stuff all around.

it’s anyone’s guess what happened here, but my hunch is that young men are the good guys here. If you watch the video, it seems they are trying to expose what is going on. They are pulling the panels away from the wall.

I’m thinking the old men are trying to cover up something. The cops are either working in with the older men or they are currently deceived by them.

sure hope the truth is revealed.
