Picking up trash along the road is a satisfying endeavor. One not only gets exercise and sun but he can see what kind of job he has done. The streets are full of every debris imaginable, and the debris is unrelenting.
They will let him sit on a mower at the local country club to mow the rough down to three inches, during which time he will stop and chat with the golfers about where to look for their lost balls.
He will be paid minimum wage of $15.00 or $20.00 per hour.
He won’t do a second of community service other than clearing brush on his ranch this summer to reduce the fire hazard, something he’d be doing anyhow.
He’s a Fed and he’s protected.
