Babbitt was perched in the door window frame. Then after having a brief comm, Byrd fires upon Babbitt. I don’t recall seeing Babbitt look towards Byrd in response to any possible command to “freeze”. And neither did Byrd appear to yell any such command. Is it normal to fire upon an apparent offender without uttering a word?
Also, curious timing of the filing with respect to the date.
