Corruption is not really a part of this issue. Black Americans move more often than other ethnic groups, and they are less diligent with the voter paper work than other ethnic groups.

Do these facts not provide a fertile ground for political machines to run the various fraud models, especially the mail-in voting kinds?

I would agree, yes.

But, I was speaking specifically about the GOP and the Georgia defendants, who have not violated any election laws, but have simply asked why the Georgia change of address voter law is not being enforced.
