At this point, as the American Diabetic Association continues to promote eating sugar for diabetics and the AMA supports the idea that a woman can have a penis and a man can get pregnant, I don't have enough years of my life ahead to EVER trust the "Medical Establishment" again!

PS: My enlightenment didn't start with COVID, but when my doctor tried to get me to stop Keto a couple of years before COVID - although it had dropped my weight by 40 pounds, dropped my blood pressure 30 points and improved all my blood work!

Going on Keto (and fasting) may have saved my life when COVID hit, although the "Medical Establishment" did its best to CONCEAL the strong link between obesity and COVID deaths!

Congrats on your weight loss and (maybe) saving your life! I always thought it was curious that all the “co-morbidities” that correlated to highest risk of death from Covid basically lined up exactly with old age and obesity, but the health experts acted like it was a big mystery.
