It’s not even clear at whom they fired the drone, just that they fired it and they oughtn’t to have done. Did they do a Dunn and Bradstreet on all passing ships ‘til they found one with a tenuous connection to Israel, or did they just go “Eenie Meenie Minie Moe. Jooos! own everything, so here we go! Fire!”
