Then they must not be looking at poll numbers. Of course, if their urban political machines are still allowed to operate unfettered, then it won’t matter who the Republicans nominate. I don’t see anyone other then Trump beating Biden. Any other nominee will deflate the base so much that his victory is insured as well.
