The distraught parents of a four-year-old boy shot dead in their car have demanded to know why the gunman was free to kill after two recent arrests.
Convicted felon Byron Burkhart appeared in a Los Angeles court on Tuesday charged with the murder of Gor Adamyan who died in a hail of bullets during a road rage attack on Friday.

Not when you can apply it to an individual whose known performed actions fit the profile, as opposed to lumping them into a group without knowing anything about them.

Maybe. I happen to know two men, both white, with that name. One in his late 60’s, and the other in his mid-30’s. Maybe they were named for a family member, but I don’t know. Different families. FWIW.

We are talking about the family in the news story. Your comments implied, without evidence, they were probably nasty people because they belong to a group which, in your limited, personal experience, were all nasty people. If you don't want to leave that impression, with all due respect I suggest you should comment more carefully in the future.
Details, details. Easily ignored by criminals. His girlfriend handed the gun to him before he fired it. Was it her gun? Hopefully she will be charged with murder, as an accomplice.

I read an article that prisoners put on death row are more likely foster a relationship with God due to the finality of their sentence. It was intriguing and made sense in an odd way.
