They couldn’t remove him even if he was. Eugene V Debs was on the 1920 ballot while he was in prison for sedition.
This is a raw power grab by a bunch of crooked judges who should be removed from office for pulling this stunt.

I'd argue that Colorado's electoral votes should be left out if federal elections until they can demonstrate they are guranteeing a republican form of government.
But to the article itself--pay attention to who stays quiet or shows solidarity with this decree by four judges in Colorado.
