"its free speech", and exercising free speech doesn't mean you can't be held responsible for your foul mouth. or indecent sign language,

head for south east DC and exercise your free speech calling everyone the N word. tell them youre protected and they cant do sht to you.

if you want to argue, then "F" you jonny.

we can all be anti social and digress into anarchy. or start acting like we're adults and treat people with respect.

It’s disorderly conduct.

Uniformed officers are not an object of spittle behavior simply for being a uniformed officer. There is a complaint process for citizens when there is Cause against an officer.

Giuliani used the Broken Window form of justice and transformed NYC.

Good for Vermont in this case.
