I would never do that to a cop, but a lawyer told me that giving the middle finger is free speech.
Any lawyers contradicting what I said.
The charges may be dismissed but you were arrested and spent the night in jail, cost you some time and money.
What will you learn from the tuition you paid?

So losing your dignity and self respect as a man is not worth the threat of a night in jail... This is the America you want? Besides, you can seccessfully sue them for cash, deprivation of rights. Needs to be done, step up, take out the trash, be proud to be an American man. You don’t stop it at the local level you become a J6’er.
